Prior to working at GIFT Dalia was CEO at Food Bank Aid. She spent more than 15 years working in the Jewish Charity sector in various operational and project management roles. She also has experience in working in local government and management consulting.  She has an MA in Human Resource Management, a post-graduate in Business Management and is a qualified school teacher!

Dalia is passionate about the mission of GIFT and volunteers in other communal roles.

In her spare time she loves running, hiking, flower arranging, cooking (not dinner!) and going on adventures with her husband and three children.
